You need to have read an AR book and you will be writing a book "review" (blog) for us to read. You should type your "review" in a word document and then paste it into your blog post.
You will need to follow this scoring guide:

1) Book Title & Author 2
2) Hook 3
(make readers interested in the book....don't begin with "I read the book....." You are trying to convince us to keep reading about the book you are discussing!)
3) 3-5 Vocabulary words written in all CAPS 3
**Your vocabulary words should be included in your summary and used correctly. You are not just saying, "Here are my words." You need to include the vocabulary words IN your summary of the book. You will NOT receive credit if you just tell me 3 words from the book.
4) Target Audience 3
(Who would like to read the book? Someone who like science fiction? Romance? True stories?)
5) Why? 3
(Give details explaining why your target audience would like the book; what makes this book something that would interest someone. This should be the big part of your post. Think of this like a short book summary.)
6) AR Book Level 2
7) Write at least 5 complete sentences 3
**Your hook, target audience information, etc. should make up your five sentences. You can have more. Tell us about the book while talking to your target audience, but don't give away the ending!! Convince us that we would like this book.
8) Spell check /Grammar 1
